my new fish

so today at my lfs the employee asked how my gar was doing that he sold to me last week i said it was doing really good acclimated well and everything. he then immediately started to sell me the last one saying he would give me a great deal and everything. i asked whats wrong with it what happened. well the story goes that someone from fish and gaming showed up and told him it had to be killed because they are illegal in california and that he would either have to do it or give it to fish and gaming to do it. he said either he would take it home to keep it but he would also let me have so i couldnt resist and i bought it for like 20 dollars cheaper then my other one, and i thought i would give you guys some pics.

we had that happen at the store. except fish and game didnt give us the choice to euthanize them ourselves, they just took them.

i paid 35 for the first one and 15 for the second and the goal is to build an 800 gal tank after my car is done being rebuilt
