I just clarified what I meant since someone posted a comment on my post.
Nothing is black or white and I don´t think the OP wants this thread derailed by a discussion about moral and ethics. But to answer your question.. Yes.
According to the law they are doing a crime and therefor can be called criminals..but it is not the same as selling drugs to kids or something.

What we are talking about is a store that sells illegal fish...bad thing to do.

Nice gars man. I've been wanting another Florida for a while. I guess there's lots of bad people on here b/c of the illegal fish they own...

It's a fish, I don't know what's illegal in ohio, but If I had a certain fish that was illegal, I would care less. But that's another topic guys. The OP posted a pic of his new gars, let's keep to the topic at hand. We don't want this thread closed, when all the OP wanted to do is show his new lil gars.

Very nice gars dude, I've seen a few small ones at a LFS. Like 2-4 inches, my 14 incher would make a tasty snack out of these, Have fun!

Gars are awesome. I had two really big females named Emily & Abigail. they tore my arowanna's tail to shreds.
