Hey guys, well a family member of mine just give my new 55g tanks along with some new fish:nilly:. They are 3 black belts, 1 jaguar, and 1 dovi. So I add these with my JD, 3 convicts, and 3 pictus cats. So far every one is fine now that they are all out of the 30G. Well i still have to set-up rocks, fix new filter and fix my center brace:(. Well tell me what you think.

potential breeding pair hopefully, about 3.5 inch

do you guy think it is possible to house the 3 black belts for a lifetime

Black Belts can grow 16" and about 5" thick. I've personally seen them at that size with my own eyes. Here's a photo I snapped of them at a public aquarium.

Is that Dallas World Aquarium?

No it's the former Dallas Aquarium at the fair park. It was really old so their just recently started an estimated 2 year renovation on the place. I think it was built in 1936.

well can someone tell me a nice size breeding pair, that will take up most of the tank.

My pair of Grammodes would love that tank. Congrats on a nice score btw...

The JD could live in the 55 for life.
