They are both characins but two totally different groups of fish.Armatus-Hydrolicus,GATF or Goliath African Tigerfish-Hydrocinus. There is plenty of information at the top of the page for you to sink your teeth into.....When I first looked at the pictures in this thread I thought they were from Rich.

I am sooo jealous. I've been hunting for an ATF for so long I just gave up. I ended up getting some red tail cudas as a stand in for an ATF.

I was told because of the political unrest in the countries where these come from they're very difficult to export.
