Can't believe all of these wives and GF's are up to all of these DIY projects. I don't usually tell my GF that I get new tanks, she just comes over and asks why I got another tank. I just smile and say I love you, lol.

lol thats what i done and bought her a few flowers nd spoilt her for a day lol she soon came around lol lol

Yea I normally do the same thing but every time I spoil her she already ask what I'm up to now! She still enjoy's the attention though. Because once I start ona project she hardly see me.
I think it will look really cool keep us posted with pics every step of the way!!:headbang2
 
personally i would make it as big as possible now so that you dont have to worry about making a bigger on for a few years
 
Well do it all in one go as it is far easier and cheaper in the long run.
Go as big as you possibly can for a 3ft rtc and a 3ft tsn to live comfortably together you are talking 12x4x4 pond

i would have to have an outside pond for that size so the plan was to build this 1 then as the year goes on do a bigger 1 in my tiny garage :D, use the 1 in garage for tsn and rtc then the indoor 1 for other breeds of fish, that was my idea anyway
