So your saying female? just curious on why. I know that males loose their lateral line when larger but i just moved it into my tank. i was hoping for male.

I go by colouration. Seems the less darker ones always end up females. But maybe someone can correctly tell.

oh, ok. so then you werent 100%. No big deal either way. but i really want a male. and this one still needs time to settle in before it will show true coloration. And yes i would appreciate any other input on possible sex. Thanks.

this one is about 8". theres some more pics under akskirmish's post about new jag pics if anyone want's to check those out as well. it was settled in his tank better than mine with the pics he posted.
