Yah.....he has shredded my angel fish a couple times.....is actually afraid of my clown loach trio....but again, they are like 4 years old and pretty dang big. Ignores the delhezi and I can see him going after the Blue acara very soon. I have a clown knife thats about 10", had to move him out as he was stalking the Jar and actually got a good bite on the arrow one night.
 
Trust me once your jar hits 12" + you'll see a change it'll smash any tank mate it doesn't want to live with , angels , acara no chance the knife could work if you get lucky , birchir will be OK
That's my little estimate as to what will happen lol ;):D (just giving you the heads up )

Yes, I have quite a few caves in the tank for the loaches to escape from anybody...they have made it through dovii, red devils and flowerhorns, hopefully they will survive the Jar. If not, I will find them a good home. I really just hope the Poly makes it....its my first one and i will tell you, he has a pretty funny personality....for a fish:)
 
All of my jars have left Poly's and catfish alone , few bites here and there but no killing , the loaches could be OK I've seen them in quite a few jardini setups (but always a gamble so keep your eye on them once he grows a little )
Looking good though plenty of colour coming through already :thumbup::) , mines started to darken on the top scales now and getting thicker set
