My new Leporinus desmotes...$6!!!

What would your opinions be about putting any of these fish in with rays? Would these fish be too predacious or be bully's?
I agree...they can take a good chunk out too. They have that compact mouth with two prominent teeth that can do some damage. They feed on aufwuchs...which are tiny plants and animals that grow on hard surfaces, so that mouth is designed to scrape rock and such.
They are sneaky bastards too. You'll rarely see them square off with a tankmate...they'll be attacking from a cave or some hide spot. A quick bite in the ass and then back to the safe zone.

Saw one yesterday - Didn't buy it. I guess they pop up here and there, once in a while. I'm satisfied with having one.

I always see affinis being sold as fasciatus, but I guess that is really common.
When I was buying my desmotes, the girl asked me if I wanted one of the ones with more stripes...she thought something was wrong with the desmotes. Oh well, worked out for me.
OK so here's a pic of my leoporinus, can someone tell me which of the two it is? I bought it as a fasciatus. Oh and santoury i just bought some kinda Lungfish, they said its from South America but who knows...
