also, there is a spider web looking substance (way I see it) coming off of her back floating all over the tank and clogging my intakes for my filters. Appears that it is almost all off of her back but I'm not sure what it is, any ideas?
Nice looking rays, both of them. One question, what did you use to grout your tile? Most people I know of usually set them in loose, not use something to lock them together. What is your reasoning for that and has it affected your rays at all?
I just have the tile close together butttt I wouldn't recommend you do that. Especially feeding massivore and messy food it sits between the tiles leading to more vacuuming than if it was bare bottom or sand. Cloudy water has been an issue lately.
looks like her slime coat is finally done "shedding" must have been from the ph change after being imported. This girl is flying all over the tank up and down the tank walls as I type this and is taking down blackworms like a champ. After a week I will take out the partition and let the male and her go at it
