think im gonna have to move the little catfish to the other setup looks like im down to half the eggs.l Only took them a week to drop me a batch dont think its gonna be hard to getem to do it again. I wana try and end up breeding one the blues with the normal ones and get some realy good color action going on

Congrats on the eggs and nice looking rams you have. My LFS occasionally has them but usally not for very long.
has what happen befor? the rams layin egggs. this is first time i ever had them. and my first bath eggs
Pretty shore the blues. Are from selective harvesting of the normal rams. Every batch of fry pull out the fish with the traits u like. then breed them two together. Get a batch keep the two with the colors u like. and so on breeding keeping raiseing till u get them all blue. Been done with alot of difrent fish. Beleve the electric blue dempses were done that way also. Now crossing the blue with normal . I duno if anyone done it. But ima shore try like crazy.

This pic was from when i first added watter to it. I need to get my filters where i want them and hoses ran properly. And i will post better pics of it. o yeah its 7 foot tall , 6 anmd a half long by almost 2 fot wide

Well if u think about it . the breeders and fish farms got plenty of room to set up all the tanks and stuff they need. and if u only keep a pair or two ut of each batch . U sell the rest . Could pay for its self. in my big tank. I got two salvini trying to stake claim to a spot to lay eggs. Got an extra female salvini in there. A friend came by and threw two small 1inch maybe inch and half jags in when i wasnt looking. Now one the jags seems to be pairing up with the odd salvini. And my Cichla stick together like glue hopeing there a pair. Realy gota get my 75 gallon set up . Probly in my kitchen. Dont have anywhere else to set it up except a closet wich aint a bad idea either. Beins i wana drill holes in the wall to the closet to set up my homemade filter i been working on. Should pump between 1000 and 1500 gph. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm then i could put the 30 in my kitchen heheheheheehehehe
