Those guys look like monos to me, could be ocellaris. Nice pickup 
I like to give my pbass a lot of open space. I have one or 2 feature peices of driftwood in a 240g. The rest is swimming space.
I fed my guys blood worm when young and then moved onto stuff like prawns, krill, beefheart etc. They are now eating white bait as a main diet. You can train them onto pellets.
Expect them to reach approx 11-12 inch in the first year. They don't grow regulary. I found that they grow in spurts and when they do, they grow a lot!
Tankmates are generally anything that they cannot fit in their mouths. Try to avoid aggressive tankmates when pbass are still juvie, they are really quite weak and defenceless at this size.
