in that case it was BSE that the food was contaminated. lol lalalalala....off i trot...so to speak.

lol that will b y u dont have to have a licence.

BSE aka mad cow disease.
someone cocked up the feed at some feed plant and somehow put beef in with the cattle feed etc.....send all the cattle and.....oh no hang on pigs is foot and mouth.

i think it was either last year or the year before we had an outbreak and basically all cattle/pigs/goats...anything with hooves had to b killed and burnt.

so now that we dont do it to our own pets we have to prepare all fruit and veg for pigs outside pretty much over their pens so that they dont contract anything from out kitchen surfaces.
even vegans have to prepare it outside.

How are they socially when you aren't at home? Does it do strange/ destructive things or just behave while you are away?

I am thinking like a dog couldn't be left alone for the weekend (even if its potty needs were met) as they simply need more social interaction than that..... but cats, fill the food dish clean the litter pan and go away for a 4 day weekend no problem. How about a piggy?

he seems to be pretty self entertained. they are pretty inquisative and curious. so i bet if left alone for long enough they would find trouble. but ours stays in a certain area where he is pined off till he gets a little better around people and doesnt hide or run.
