My New Monster-To-Be

Got him to come out to eat worms during lights on at this point! Going to try a few shrimp pellets tonight and see if he knows they're edible, if not I'll try bloodworms. Going into my 75 gallon next Monday and there's 3 feeder cichlids in there for him as well.
 
Can't wait to see him in the tank. You come up with a name yet?
 
Name him Bulk Biceps.

Change of plans, the little guy is going into my 75 gallon tonight. As soon as I can put in and scape the new decor and hiding spots for him I'll acclimate him. Just did a 50% change and cleaned the canister filter so I figured that's a pretty good time to add a filthy fish :)
 
The little guy is in the 75! Almost ate the dominant male juvi cichlid already so I'm thinking there'll probably be none left in the morning. The guy is awesome though, grew to about 5" at this point! Gave him a bunch of new hiding spots and he still loves hi sponge filter :). Almost offed another cichlid as I'm typing!
 
He's certainly voracious that's for sure! I thought it'd be a week or so before he ate after put in the 75 since he's getting used to a new environment. It's been about an hour since i put him in and he just snatched half a nightcrawler from my hand. Had to dangle it on his head in his cave but he ate it! I'll try bloodworms tomorrow.
 
Got him to eat Bloodworms tonight finally. An entire cube straight from my hand!
 
Double update:

I've decided to name him Sarge. I also got him to eat shrimp pellets tonight wii up even trying, out of my hand! Next step is from the surface :). I also got him to eat half an algae wafer by accident so there's that too.
