It's not too bad, I believe it's still savable. I just did a large W/C yesterday so he's going into a fresh clean tank. I already added some salt but I'll give him a day or two to adjust then I'll work on treating it. I think with good water quality and care it should be just fine.

Try Melafix.I used it on an indo with a cloudy eye and it seemed to clear it up nicely.
