they just had these for sale($60) at the hamburg show, i asked what do people usually do with them when they get too big, the guy said they dont get too big, only 12 ft. compared to crocs that get 25 ft.

They were selling these guys at a pet store near me for $100 bucks this summer. That is just plain crazy! Not too many people in this world have the ability to keep one of these guys from juvi to adult. Still, I would love to have one if they only grew to maybe three feet.
Yes, he/she is an American Alligator. I will have pics on Monday of him/her in his/her new bayou tank!

Of course they don't get that big, don't you know they only grow to the size tank you keep them in... duuuhhhhh...

That is one Monster I would pass on! As cool as they are , I would be thankful he was only that size when you found him!
