Sorry about your loss , it must of been hard to have for 8yrs and loss her. If i may ask how did she drowned what happened?
 
I know Bichirs can live over 20 years, reason why, I love Aros,Gar,Bichir,Lungfish,Knifefish (Ancient Fish). They can live for a very long time, my Ornate is 17" @ 3 years old. ;)

The Ornate is my 1st Poly. ;):) I'm sure you will find a Congicus someday. :D
