It's a sump...I don't run one but plenty of people here do. They can tell you what you should fill it with...such as ceramic cylinders that allow bacteria to grow. Do you know anyone that keep fish?

In the mean time, try 20% wc a day.

till when can i stop to wc the tank everyday?and a few small fish in the filter too now..

Sir rot you have a very good looking aro there, you should try to go to your local fish store or aquarium pet shop and ask for advice and buy the necessary filter medias for your filter, do this immediately the more time you waste the more your aros health may suffer. Your local pet shop will also be equipped to advice you clearly in what you will need, for the meantime just update here and listen to the water change advice... We are rooting for your aro and we hope he lives for many years to come
 
Do you have a water test kit? If not buy it from the same place you got your fish and scold them for letting you but an expensive fish without asking about your setup!

Test your water for ammonia nitrite and nitrate. Your tank is cycled when ammonia and nitrite is zero AND you measure increasing nitrate.

If you don't know anyone who keep fish, ask the people you bought the fish from for some used filter material. They owe you at least that.
