My new pick up - Cuban Gar

Got this shipped today.

The pic doesn't do it justice, it's 8 inches and has a damn nice orange striped tail. Perfect condition.

Probably the most expensive fish I've bought, but also one of the coolest, and the rarest.

I also got a cobra snakehead shipped with it, but don't have a pic.

Also, this cuban gar is straight from Cuba, not Asia

In the wild - 6 foot. In captivity? I'm not too sure, but out of the few Cuban gar owners I think the biggest is around the 20 inch mark. Under 2 foot so far I think.
