by the way before i get him/her his/her diet is feeder and only eat at night. How can i change his/her diet and make him eat anytime i want? Thanks
nice pickup - before long youll have a few more - they get very addictive! as for the change in diet you have to persevere with the pellets a birchir will not go hungry - im trying to train a WC endli to eat pellets - been a week now and not eaten - i had an ornate once and that didnt eat for 3 weeks! its not unusual for them to go on hunger strike. i would cut out the feeders and add a couple pellets each night - remove them if not eaten and repeat till it eats. it will eventually accept them. good luck with your beautiful ornate!
