Just got my canister filter this morning. Flow rate is okay, but this filter is definitely not good enough for a 70 gallon tank. This filter is rated for 30-70 gallons.

I have Tahitian moon sand in my 5g and love the way the plants look against the black but never thought about black substrate in my planted 36 until I looked at this thread for the manzanita, now switching substate is all I think about.
