It seems okay, except you would need to replace the actinic bulb with a 6500K - 10,000K bulb or you'll most likely end up with loads of algae...

So that one is to powerful? How should I put the amazon sword is the sand? It has super small roots and the person above told me just to have the root in the ground... This is so confusing lolol...

^ Its not that the light is too powerful, its just got the wrong type of flouresent tube on it... Actinic lights are for Saltwater Setups if i'm not mistaken, so the therefore its not designed to benefit Freshwater Plants due to the light using wrong light spectrum, which is why i said you'll end up with an algae farm, since Actinic lights on a freshwater setup is only good at growing algae and not much else...
You may want to look at LED lighting as well. Here is some suggestions.

How about a duel light setup? Something like this but I take out the actinic lamp.

Just realize with a T5ho system your chances for algae are higher and your potential need for complete ferts with pressurized co2 gets higher. Really would recommend starting off in low light if you can.
Keep it simple for now and go low light, especially if all you have is that anubias (or is it a sword...hard to tell from the pics......)
