My new Rainbow Wolf

Wanted to share some photos of my new rainbow wolf. Extremely active with tons of personality. He came to me with a mangled face, and has been very docile with some feeders in the tank and my hands. He actually let me plant the whole tank, add drift wood, etc with him in it and just watched. Hes eaten everything I have given him so far except live food, but I suspect that may be due to his damaged face. Well see if the aggression picks up with a healed face and age.

They heal pretty fast.
Make sure you have a good lid, these are jumpers who will find the smallest hole (or just overpower the lid). I and many others have lost them that way. They are attracted to splashing water, so keep that in mind if you have a HOB filter.
They like to have a lot of floating cover as well. I like water lettuce for a floating plant but anything that blocks the light will work.
Also, I fully expect him to eat those snails. Nothing about this fish’s appearance screams snail eaters, but they most certainly will.
I would look into getting some thick gloves. There is a point when I stopped needing them with mine, but those are teeth I would not want to risk getting bit by.
