My new school of black aros

today i brought 50 feeder shads for the aros, because next week is the start of the "eat your pellet or be hungry period", but they were full of parasites http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3670492#post3670492, so i ended up discarting them, and the i found my goldfish freeze dried mini krill and feed the untill their bellys looked like ping pong balls.

Just check for tail damage, for some reason juvenile Black Arowanas are highly aggressive towards each other and fight often. Usually stops once they start to reach adult size though.

just started starving them, so they eat pellets, i think i cant go more than 3 days, and will be looking for a eggcrate in case of agression

Took me around 4-5 days of fasting, now all he eats is pellets. Good luck !

no, they are not.

they are a happy family schooling like tetras, but anyone could become crazy if hungry, i think
