My new stingray tank.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
that's what i'd guessed at, very well done. i've been looking for ways to keep my airstone tubing down, as with all the air in the tubing, they like to float and shift around and turn my airstones over. unfortunately, my tank is not bare bottom, nor glass, so siliconing is out of the question (zavlar liquid rubber). thinking i'll have to weigh them down some other way, maybe something heavy and harder for a ray to move, like a big rock lol

If you cant silicone it to the bottum ,take a thin pvc pipe fill it whit sand and close the ends.
Then use tyraps to connect it to the airhose , the hose will stay strait and on the bottum.

Wow,puts my new 350 to shame lol,great tank and set up.

Very impressive,can't say it looks big in that room.......rooms huge!!! lol !!....i would build a 10,000 gal pond in the middle if i was you,sure the missus wouldn't mind!
Looks fab!

Looks really good, nice setup, it's good to see a proper ray tank. Hopefully this will make some of the people who think you can keep them in a 180 listen.

@ Steve
Thanks , btw a 350 is no shame imo:).

@Richard
Thank you.
I gave my wife an extencion to the house so i could have this tank build.
I asked if she would like a 10.000 gal pond,she would like one so she could drown me in there :goldfish:
Maybe some P14 from Lode in a while.

@T1
Thanks.
I hope to get a RTG in the future.

@Toby
Thanks
I hope its a good example.
I agree
I started to keep rays in a 185, but it got to small fast.

Super uber nice.....
