my new tank and diy stand

Looking good. I've heard people talking about moving a center overflow, but never seen it done.
What size are your drains/overflows?

I also think a Reeflo Hammerhead Gold would be too much for that tank; your drains probably wouldn't be able to keep up. The Reeflo Super Dart Gold would probably be a better fit. If you prefer a submersible pump, I recommend the Laguna Max Flo 4200.

The Reeflo Super Dart Gold does 3,010 GPH @ 6' head on 175 Watts
The Laguna Max Flo 4200 does 2,853 GPH @ 6' head on 160 watts

Both should be good options for your setup assuming your drains are 2". If your drains are only 1.5", you might be cutting it close and you may have to go with a smaller pump or just valve back a little.

What are you keeping in it? If it's in an unheated garage in Washington and you're keeping warm water fish, you may need some serious wattage.

I just saw in your other thread that you have a "T" connecting the two sumps together. Smart move- this gives you options. You can run an external pump (Reeflo) by having the "T" feed into the pumps intake or you can alternatively run a submersible pump (Laguna) by capping the "T" fitting off and placing the pumps in the sump.

I ended up getting started on the canopy and there are 2 drains both 1.5 inches. I calculated my head loss with the pump and came to the conclusion that a reflow hammerhead would be pumping 5100 gph and I figured for my sumps to handle that amount I needed around 2.95 inches of drain so I split it into 2 so that I can run off from each individual drain to a sump

And for heating I plan to do these heaters I think the brand is titanium? but I plan to get two 300w heaters one in each sump. The have the actual electronic temp changers.
And since IM going with rays IM going to get a submariner 12w self running UV sterilizer ( no extra pump needed) and probably going to in some cooling fans later on. Currently I have some spare coralife power compact lights
