Those are some truely beautiful measurements, the only way I could see that being any better would be if they where 72L x 30H x 30D, but yours is just fine too I would have a great time planting it, forget my lfs I would staight to the importers spend like $300~ $350 and get like $700~900 dollars in retail value worth of plants.

nice setup bro. just one thing i thought i would let you know that i have had problems with..... you may want to slip a sponge over the intake since you have sand. I destroyed my impeller within a couple months since I did not have one on there. The other fix to this is raise the level of the intake so it has less chance of sand getting in there.
