My new tank room.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I heat the system with a heat exchanger, which is the sliver cylinder in the back left corner.
This runs off of my house heating system. I have two thermostats in line so I do not accidentally cook my babies.

Did you give yourself walking room behind the tanks? or do you plan on working on them through the top doors?

Ed, it looks great. Cant wait to see it all done! I will have to stop by and see it when its done! Plumbing looks better than suburb. You can help me with my fish room when I finally get my house!

Just wanted to give my High Five! Well planned and thought out fish room! Would like to see finished pictures! I do kinda agree with others, that all my tanks ( total of 10 ) are independant of one another incase of any outbreak. I had an amonnia bloom ( from I believe a chunk of decaying food that was hidden in cave ) in an established tank, which was easily contained.

I have had my tanks on one filter system for many years and with a long quaranteen time with new fish it has always worked out. If you look at my website- ponddoctor.net -If I do have any break-out I can handle it.( I hope)
