I have a group of these in a 450 gallon tank.I do not think they grow that fast at all.Mine went from 6 inch to 12 inches in about a years time.They are now 15-16 inches.Good luck with yours.

Really? mine are groing like weeds Around an inch a month for the 3 big ones a little less for the smaller ones.
