general when you keep a tig with a stingray they won't have streams cuz the ray will nip them.. but still great looking fish with or without streamers... i have 3 at the moment... all of mine took a week and a half to almost 3 weeks to eat... give him time to get comfortable and he will start... goodluck with him they are great fish
