Nice little Turtle , but really you should do your research first before buying any new animal/ pet . 
ok people here it is once and for all..... i did do research before buying it its just that i didnt know when i was buying it
the reason i asked for tips in the first thread was just to add info to what i already read up about it
secondly a bought it that day coz here in bagalore its not that easy to get turtles....if i hadnt bought it that day i would probably have to wait for two more months before i get the chance to buy one again

OK , just as long as you know what you are doing and dont end up killing him because you haven't done your research .

But as you have , i hope it all goes well for you , i have just got 3 Turtles myself about a week or so ago ( 1 Yellow Bellied Slider and 2 Map Turtles ) .

i dont think i can make an outdoor pool coz i stay in an apartment
i am trying to get my apartment people to make a pond in the garden area.....will take some time
they are a little hesitant to this plan coz there are a lot of snakes in this area and they feel that a pond with fish in the garden might draw the snakes to the building
