My new (unfaded) Red Texas

Just wanted to show off my new fish. He's unfaded, but I still think he's beautiful.

Nice fish! My LFS has one I'd like to have but I'm out if tanks. Any full tank shots?

I'm not good at venting but hard to twll on the dorsal but it seems like it has black or dark blotch on the dorsal making me think it's female but it's not always true. Really nice body and pearls on it though sweet pick up

The person I got it from thought it was a female as well, but then someone else said they were sure it was a male. So I really just don't know!

How can you be sure it's not just a blue Texas? Looks pretty good size. Should have started facing by now you would think

I did read that most Red texas never fade. Something like 1/4th
