I'm sexing yours based on the coloration and the body shape. The easiest way to sex them is based on the shape of the tail base. Males have a hemipenal bulge and females don't.

No, that is a Yemen or Veiled Chameleon (Chamaeleo calyptratus).

Male Chameleons also have "heel spurs" on the rear legs, that are used during mating. These spurs can be seen by the time the reptile is about 3 months old.
