read somewhere that males have blue eyes while females have yellow eyes. Is this true? And if so i see yellow in my fish's eyes does that make it a female

Most do have blue eyes, But occasionally some can have white or yellow eyes. Paratheraps and Vieja come in all different eye colors, But ive never heard of that being a way of determining sex.
This guy looks special. He will grow up to be a very nice fish I'd bet. Appears to be male as well.

Looks great. I just picked up 3 syns but no color yet. They are barely 2" though.
