@ Jim, good luck to you too sir. My first go with Beani's was when they were brought in by JoeFatFish and another guy in Texas (Jose I believe was his name).... I think we (Ruck Fules & Ewok) paid $125 for a 1.5" Beani, that was 5 years ago! So it was an expensive lesson about bloat and now paying less than that for an established 7" fish seems like a reasonable investment! The largest I ever got one to grow was 5" but once I tried to introduce it to a community tank is when it bloated up and died..... So I plan on keeping these isolated, divided by eggcrate and we'll see what happens.
