Sounds like your pond will be around 300 gals.

The 2 300's, set one at a little higher than the other and keep a spare 150 or two around if you already have them.

no it's going in my shed the temp never drops below 10 degrees C and the pond will be fully insulated

i'm planning on buying the heaters fron lfs. cheap pump off ebay they run about every 2 hours, just search inline/immersible i'm getting the 7000lph version. i'll get the liner from lfs. get the drawer for the filter and pot scrubbers from wilkinsons. piping dunno where.and wood from b&q or somewhere like that
