From what I understand, yes. I'm going to be getting a couple more mudskippers for my tank when I upgrade.
I've also heard of people keeping Monos/Scats and other brackish fish with them if you want to make the water deep enough. Personally, I'm paranoid that the mudskippers are going to drown so I'm not going to. I am thinking, however, about going with a few Bumblebee gobies.
