I ordered Bulldog Plecos and 10 Discus. I had a few DOA's plecos and emailed them about the DOA's but never got a reply or a credit. I did order 10 Discus and they arrived all sick and died within the first 5 days. At least if you sell discus sell them healthy. Before anyone wants to know my Discus background I have been keeping, breeding and importing Discus for the last 15 years. I know how to handel them but these wore not worth wasting my medications on. I thought I give TFD a try since they were inexpensive but I gambled and lost. I won't bother ordering from them again.

I have been going there on & off for many years since I have been in business & working in the business for 24+ years. I personally have to go there to pick out or see the fishes because of quality issues. I have lost my fare share of fish from Joe. Nice guy but its about money & moving fish. eventually it will catch up because they say they do not sell to the public in the area of stores that buy from them, but every week I have someone coming in our shop that have bought fishes from there for cheap. Yeah now i'm suppose to make a profit if they sell the same fish I'm selling to customers? Dah it does not work. But more & more will never go back because when they thought they were getting a deal but then lose all the fish & all the fish they had in the tank because they are weak & sick is when it will come back & bite the hand that was being fed. This has become a common thing in the last couple years selling direct behind your core customers. But when the crap hits the fan then they will be running back to the independent mom & pop shop needing their business but the bridges will already be burned!

I am actually surprised to hear this. When I called them, they refused to sell to me because of my location since they sold to stores near me. However, they did recommend a shop they sold to (Neptunes) that I could get the fish I was looking for from (various types of bichirs)Somethingfishyinc.net;1566526; said:
