My order was not the best

Thanks for your kind words. Dave is a customer of ours that has complained of his customers comeing to our warehouse. Lots of people can see our list but we only sell in areas that we do not have retail pet shop acounts. I suspect some people that are seeing our list are pulling his leg.

You can test us by calling and asking to place an order. The first question we ask is your city and state. A lot of people get angry when we refuse to sell them.

We have been servicing independent pet shops for 38 years under the same name. TFD is one of the top wholesalers in the country.

We deliver four states in our own trucks and airfreight to regular accounts in six more states. That leaves 40 states that we do not have accounts in. Also many of the states are large and if the distance from our account is sizeable we will sell them.

Our minimum order is $200.00 plus freight. We had to raise it to get the less experianced people to support their local pet shop. They are the back bone of our business.

If a customer will talk to us on the phone when they have a problem we can useually straighted it out.

I've only ordered from Joe once, but I'll put in a good word for him and his business. It was a no hassle transaction and the fish arrived in great condition even despite the fact that I chose priority mail to ship the fish and in 100 degree weather. He even emailed me to follow up on whether or not the fish arrived okay. I'd do business with him again, but I'll probably stick to fish that I think are pretty hardy.
