Yeah that barb is massive. It will not get much bigger it is 55-60cm. There is an leptobarbus rubripinna in there two thats become huge to.
Yes they are special. And next saturday i will be picking up three more in the same size. One more male and two females.
Its not orinos but still som beasts. Shuffled around some fish today and chucked my two monos in the 3200L tank. The large male is pushing 50cm soon. Still trying to figure out if the smaller one is a male or a female.
They are some beasts, the other fish looks like a female to me, and would explain the giant kok on that male. Can you get a look at their vents. At that size it should be pretty easy to tell.
Haha the kok is that big because he has been living with two male orinos and two male kelberis and a bunch of females? damn man its not funny to net this in the tank. But ill see what i can do.
You might not need to take them out if you can get a good look at the vent. Males will have a flap wile females will have a notable larger round hole.
