Your fish look great. If you want to capture more precise colors, you turn off the flash and instead add more lights above the tank (if u have some from other tanks etc.)
It's the flash combined with a blue background that washes the colors out, and makes the the image really bright.
Some regular digital cameras have a hard time focusing without the flash though, but you should try it
