i have just tried garlic it makes her eat but she's still sowollen but it looks like it has gone down alot i raised the temp and added about 1.25 tbs per 5 gallons in my 120 gallon tank... she looks a little better and shes acting normal again but she is still constipated i think

Usually it will pass unless they have a parasite, some type of bacteria, or swallowed something undigestible such as larger gravel or rocks.
