night crawlers are great. meal worms, crickets and such as well for other live feeders as your fish gets bigger. Nice looking fish.

ty oscarcrazy just fed him he really isnt that shy like the other oscars i heard of heck when i first got him he was shy for like 1 hour then he started begging for food lol so what would be a good balenced diet for him?

Yea, he'll beg like a puppy. Find good quality pellet: cichlid gold, omega one, or even mix them. Supplement (not every day) with blood worms, krill, and other freeze dried or frozen foods. Live foods, stick with earthworms, meal worms crickets and such. Stay away from feeder fish, especially in a small tank like yours.

What a cute little oscar. hehe. i have an oscar like that, but he/she is a lot bigger now. they grow tooooo fast. lol.
