i had this one and i would only recomend it if it wont get wet all the time,i think either chlorine or ocean water did it but the bands peel right off.I will try to get a pic of mine but this is the type

now i have this one,gulfman with tide and moon,theirs a vid of it taking some real beating,i like yours,i tried one on but they didnt have an all black one and i needed something to stand surfing.
