thanks! it was just soooo many steps. this is probably one of the worst trucks to do a body lift on. i even read on some nissan forums where people said it will take an entire weekend and then some. the two biggest PIA steps were lowering the radiator and extending the steering shaft. for the radiator, i had to cut out the lower radiator support and attach a new support brace. extending the steering shaft was a mess because it's so hard to get to.

there are no difficult steps, just a ton of little things to do. the instructions are about 50 pages long

I'll put that agianst my dads 07' GMC seirra 3500 diesel. Never been to the shop since we got it. Has over 40,000 miles on it. But I cant totaly hate the japs. I have a 1991 stealth RT/TwinTurbo, made in japan. Fastest car I've ever had, it'll smoke most american cars. Only thing that can beat it stock, is a viper.
40,000 miles and never been to the shop? thats nothing to be proud of. lets see if you say the same thing at 100k, 150k, 200k, or 217k like my old 4runner. like i said, nothing but oil changes, 1 starter, and 1 bad fuel injector in all those miles. now THAT is impressive

Very nice, personally i love foreign cars, my dad and my brother had american cars before and i know friends who had american cars too, and they all complained about them, always had problems taking them to the shop and what not. 4 Cylinder American cars arent any good, the only one i do like is ford (especailly because they didnt take any bail out money =P). and if i would want an american car it would be an old school muscle car. other than that i would get a japanese or european car. no offense to anyone, just my taste in cars =).

Somebody was talking about how they had a bunch of chevys that only had a couple thousand miles and were constantly in the shop. Just saying its never been to a mechanic yet, and it'll stay that way. AMERICA!!!:headbang2

what is with everyone obsecing about the bailout money? personally i dont care. i mean, GMC already paid it back and im sure chrysler will to. they did it before they can do it again.

and honostly iv had more problems with my wifes civic than i have my mustang. my dart even(except a design flaw that had the destributer gear made out of plastic:nilly:) AMERICA!!

Nice truck, does it come in man size?
Just givin ya crap, nice work on body lift and props for diy on everything you can -
