My Overstocked Tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
beautiful tank man, those fish are gorgous! I am also curious how big that tank is?

Thanks guys for the kind comments. The tank is a 6 x 2.5 x 2.5 footer tank. Water changing regiment is daily for now till they behave to live with one another peacefully. That explain the ripped tails.

The situation have improved alot and once settled down, silvers will go back to meet the rest of the silvers in their own tank.

That bag is coral chips not ammonia remover or watever sort.:)

I dunno how many agree with me but I feel that overstocked tank is an art. And it's something which require alot of attention but very fulfilling IMO.:)

very nice...

Wow, what beauties. They all have such nice coloration and some very nice bulk to their bodies, its amazing. Good Work Koji!

It is an art AND a chore cos it requires much more maintenance than "normally' stocked tank - however, i sometimes feel that when you have too many then you can not focus on anyone in particular. That said, very cool aquarium with lots and lots of cool fish AND crystal clear water (something i have not achieved yet but then again i don't change water on daily basis ^^)

PS: you have not answerd my PM yet - i am waiting for quotation so that i can stock my tank full redness and gold ^^ (most likely after the coming dry season - too risky cause of the weather ... still does not hurt to know what budget i will require)
