Oic, i well i guess that TOO FAT nor either too skinny RAYS are NOT HEALTHY. Its just have to be average enought and most importantly healthy....Just my two cents




Sorry to hear that sir. But in my case i kept 2pcs of 14" P. Endlicheri 2x with my small male motoro plus 4" CL and 4" ST and they goes very well. No harrastment or aggresion from both Endli. I guess i feed them right .

Yah but do you really want to chance it..???? its seems all good untill ur out of a pet and some cash....(depending on how pricy ur ray(s) is/are)........., u dont know until it happens

to each there own...., but I wouldnt keep any ray of any significant price with anyother fish other than small harmless ones..., not predatory ones..

Well i am keeping them for over 6months and i monitor their behavior on a day to day basis. Good thing because i havent seen any aggresion especially on the big ones (P. endlicheri) since day 1 .

Bichirs are considered predator but if you feed them right they wont touch even smaller fishes. Infact in my tank i have some 2-4" CL and 2pc of 2-3" ST together with 2pc of 14-15" P. Endlicheri. So far so good !
