My P14 Pair (before the move)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Love the even spread spotting on the one but also the full thousand plus dots on the other is a real eye catcher. Either way both amazing rays and I bet they look even more amazing in person.

Thanks Kevin! Yeah my cell doesn't exactly get the best pics. I will get good SLR pics with my Nikon once I move them.

Very nice!!
Can I ask where they came from?
(Other than their mother)

What?! These new pick ups? Very nice man. They look about ready to me./

How old, how big, and where did these come from? Brent?

Thanks guys. They are new to me. They were bought through Brent in January 2012 as pups. The female was bought through Brent a few months later but bred by Richard Ross. Both are captive bred and non-sibling.

I think the male is getting there but I think another 6-8 months would probably be a safe assumption?

I tried to get video of her squirting last night. She hugs the back wall of the tank and shoots a jet of water a couple feet in the air. Never seen anything like it..... I think she is covering one of the FX5 outlets and it's forcing the flow up in bursts over the back of the tank. I'll try again tonight.

My jaguar does that as its always eating floating pellets or checking the overflows for food stuck in it, puts its disk right over the water jets and sprays water, I have moved a cover over that area as unfortunately its at the back of the tank in the basement a little hard to clean up.

I was so confused trying figure out how she was doing it. It didn't click until this morning (3 FX5 outlets in that corner). She loves to play in the flow. I'm glad the tanks are in the garage.
