they soon get big and fat. 
this is my vulture at 14". the good news is even at this size they remain just as active all day long and look like a great white shark patrolling up and down.

They are awesome! The bocourti look awesome!, mine have come upto 3.5" and have loads of colour.

What size tank you have it in? I really wasn't expecting them to be so active. . . I hope the 300gal is able to contain them. By far one of my best purchases though! LOVE THEM!!

Thats just awesome man!! I am super excited to get mine that large. In time I guess. . . maybe by then I will have been able to land a few more of them! I would love to have four or five of them just cruising my 300gal. Shoot, I'd pretty much dedicate the tank to them, thats how much I love them! Great fish!
BTW...you ever have any problems with it trying to take chunks out of other fish?
