Looks great. I'm glad I read your entire post before responding with, that's nice for now but what are you going to do with them later. Good job on the rescues, I apparently am in the pacu rescue business myself.

heres an updated pic of the two pacu side by side
i think rhonda the one of the left has been stunted cause she was forced to live in a 55g and has not really grown since i rehomed her but rhoda the one on the right was merely 2 weeks outta the petstore when they asked me to rehome it from a 33g
