i got mine about 7 months ago at about 1" he is now 7"+ . i bought 4 originally but had to take 3 out because the alpha was ripping them to pieces none of them died but i think that was because i got there first. he is now in a 60g tank on his own and seems to be happy that way.does anyone have an adult small spot if so what size is it as i am getting conflicting advice some say 10" some say 16". also mine rarely colours up now and spends most of the day very pale am i doing anything wrong?.

Very nice Para. I love these guys as they have such great coloring that is really hard to capture in pics but you did a great job.
Actually yours looks like it may be a bleekeri or a hybrid mix. With both bleekeri and polleni males will have a more defined forehead, more spots and taller body shape in proportion to body length. Also fins are generally longer and fuller.
